Terms of Service

1. The service
vibs.io is a project management planning sandbox. The core workspace runs entirely in your browser; optional AI-powered features require signing in with a Google account. By using vibs.io you agree to these terms.
2. Your data, your links
Workspace data is stored in your URL and your browser rather than on our servers. You are responsible for saving and sharing your workspace links appropriately. We cannot recover a workspace whose link and browser storage have both been lost, and we are not responsible for the contents of links you choose to share with others.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use vibs.io to violate laws, infringe others' rights, distribute malicious content, or attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service or its AI endpoints. Automated abuse of AI features may result in access being suspended.
4. AI-generated content
Blueprints, task breakdowns, and forecasts are planning aids generated by statistical and AI systems. They may be incomplete or wrong. You own your inputs and may use the outputs freely, but you are responsible for reviewing them before relying on them in real projects.
5. Accounts
Sign-in uses Google OAuth via Supabase. You are responsible for the security of your Google account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Service availability
vibs.io is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
