Privacy Policy

The short version
vibs.io is built so your planning data does not need to touch our servers. Your workspace — project details, backlog items, velocity history, and generated blueprints — is compressed into the URL in your address bar and mirrored to your browser's local storage. If you never sign in, your data never leaves your device unless you choose to share a link.
Data stored in your browser
We use your browser's local storage to recover workspaces after a refresh or a closed tab, to remember your theme preference, and to keep a local index of your saved workspaces. This data stays on your device. Clearing your browser storage removes it permanently.
Shareable links
When you copy a vibs.io URL, the full workspace state travels inside that link. Anyone you share the link with can see the plan it contains. Treat workspace links like documents: share them only with people who should read them.
If you sign in
Sign-in is optional and only required for AI-powered features. Authentication is handled by Supabase using Google OAuth. When you sign in, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google, and we store an authentication session in your browser. We do not receive or store your Google password.
AI features and the PII filter
When you use AI generation as a signed-in user, the text you submit is processed by our serverless infrastructure to produce your blueprint. Before anything is sent, a filter runs locally in your browser and replaces common sensitive patterns — IP addresses, access keys, tokens, and email addresses — with generic placeholders. AI inputs are used only to produce your requested output; they are not used to train models.
What we don't do
We do not sell your data. We do not run third-party advertising. We do not use invasive cross-site tracking.
